Fingal Makerspace – Digital Fabrication, STEAM Learning & Creative Technology in Blanchardstown
Fingal Makerspace is an inclusive community makerspace located in Blanchardstown Library, Fingal. The space brings together creativity, technology and hands-on learning, giving people of different ages and backgrounds opportunities to design, make, experiment and develop practical digital skills.
Led by Make Create Innovate with support from Fingal Libraries and Creative Ireland, Fingal Makerspace provides workshops, events and learning activities covering digital fabrication, STEAM education, coding, product design, electronics and creative technologies.
Digital Fabrication and Maker Equipment
Fingal Makerspace provides access to modern tools for turning ideas into physical projects. The equipment supports experimentation, prototyping and practical learning across digital and traditional making.

STEAM Workshops in Fingal
The makerspace provides hands-on STEAM learning activities combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. Rather than learning technology only through theory, participants can experiment with tools, materials and creative processes while developing practical skills.
Activities are designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving through project-based learning.
Coding, Electronics and Product Design
